As Jews around the world dressed up for Purim on Sunday, international celebrity and Kaballah enthusiast Madonna posted a photo of herself on Instagram dressed as Daenerys Targaryen from Game of Thrones.
“Happy Purim!!!!!” Madonna, who adopted the Hebrew name Esther as part of her embrace of Kaballah, wrote.
“All Hail All Queens!” she said, in a possible reference to both Emilia Clarke’s character in the HBO series and the title character from the biblical Book of Esther.
As of the time of this article’s publication, the photo of Madonna dressed up as The Mother of Dragons garnered over 63,000 likes on the photo sharing site.
