Clashes reported in the Nile Delta, Sinai on high alert
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleAt least ten people have been injured in clashes between Morsi supporters and protesters in the Nile Delta, north of Cairo, Ahram Online reports. The injuries were reportedly caused by bladed weapons and bird shot.
Egyptian forces are reportedly on high alert in the Sinai Peninsula. An earlier report indicated that the Suez Canal was functioning normally for maritime traffic.
