Detention of soldier in Hebron shooting extended

The detention of an IDF soldier who shot a Palestinian terrorist who was incapacitated after carrying out an attack near a Jewish settlement in Hebron last month is extended by eight days. He will remain detained on an IDF base, the Jaffa military court rules.

Meanwhile, Zionist Union MK Zuheir Bahloul reiterates his position that the Palestinian who attempted to stab a soldier was not a terrorist.

“The word ‘terrorist’ has become sweeping and turned every Palestinian into one,” he says in an Army Radio interview.
