Husband of murdered Bedouin woman arrested
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleThe husband of 22-year-old Tasnim Abu Kweider, a Bedouin woman found dead last month in her village near Beersheba, is arrested on the suspicion that he was involved in the “honor killing” murder of his wife.
The Beersheba Magistrate’s Court also extends on Sunday the remand of Sleiman Abu Kweider, Tasnim’s father, by eight days. The judge in the case says evidence suggests the father may have been part of the conspiracy to kill Tasnim. The victim’s mother and brothers are also suspects in the case.
