Israeli death toll in Hamas onslaught surpasses 700 people

The Israeli death toll from the Hamas onslaught against the Jewish state has surpassed 700 people, report Hebrew media outlets, citing health officials.

Israeli forces continue to battle with Hamas gunmen, as they clear out communities along the border, and are discovered more bodies of Israeli citizens.

More than 2,100 people in Israel have been wounded so far.
