Netanyahu praises Trump for efforts to denuclearize North Korea, Iran
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleNetanyahu heaps praise on US President Donald Trump for his face-to-face meeting with North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un yesterday.
“I commend US President Donald Trump on the historic summit in Singapore.” Netanyahu says in a statement. “This is an important step in the effort to rid the Korean peninsula of nuclear weapons.”
He goes on to praise Trump’s “tough” stance on Iran and its nuclear program, which he says is already affecting Iran’s economy.
“President Trump’s policies are an important tiding for Israel, the region and the entire world,” Netanyahu says.
