Putin ‘suffers from Asperger’s syndrome’

Russian President Vladimir Putin has Asperger’s syndrome, a 2008 study published by USA Today finds.

The Russian president suffers from “an autistic disorder which affects all of his decisions,” the report says.

His “neurological development was significantly interrupted in infancy,” it continues.
