Russia reportedly hits rebels near Syria-Turkey border

Russian warplanes are reportedly bombing Syrian rebel targets near the border with Turkey, just a day after a Russian Su-24 jet was shot down by Turkey for allegedly violating Turkish airspace.

The fighter jets were said to hit targets in the town of Azaz, three miles from the border, a key town connecting Turkey and the rebel-held area of Aleppo.
