Three Israelis convicted of revenge attacks against Palestinians
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleThe Lod District Court has convicted three Jewish Israelis of so-called “price tag” attacks against Palestinians, a human rights group that represents the victims says.
According to Yesh Din the prosecution has asked for them to receive sentences of between 42 and 75 months in prison for the “violent, racially motivated attacks against Palestinians.
“This case needs to be a wake-up call for the authorities,” says Yesh Din, also known as Volunteers for Human Rights.
They give no details on the identity of the attackers or the crimes.
