USA Today: Israeli athletes among Olympics ‘best-dressed’

Israel’s Olympians are the second best-dressed at the Rio Games, according to USA Today.

“That’s how you do athletic jackets with style,” says the blurb accompanying an image of the Israeli delegation at the opening ceremony on August 5 in the Brazilian city. The Israelis wore dark blue jackets with a Star of David emblazoned across the front in lighter blues.

Israel has so far won just one medal at this year’s Games, with judoka Yarden Gerbi claiming the bronze in the women’s under-63 kg competition on Tuesday.
