Three others were moderately injured and taken by ambulance to Hadassah Hospital Mount Scopus.
Earlier this week, a 26-year-old was killed and two others moderately injured in a collision between two vehicles on Route 784, near Shorashim Junction in the eastern Galilee.
Earlier this month, a woman was seriously injured and nine others were lightly injured on Route 90 in a three-car pile-up due to limited visibility caused by fog.
