A three-year-old suffered light injuries Monday after rocks were thrown at a bus in the northern Jerusalem neighborhood of Pisgat Zeev.

The girl suffered minor injuries to the head. Police said officers were searching the area for culprits.

Around the same time Monday evening, a Molotov cocktail was thrown at an Israeli bus near the Tapuah junction in the West Bank, south of Nablus. The Israel Defense Forces said an Israeli was lightly injured in the attack and received medical treatment on site.

Damage was caused to the bus.

The attacks were the latest in a string of rock-throwings and firebombings in the Jerusalem area. Three policemen were lightly injured Saturday in a rock-throwing incident in East Jerusalem.
