Beersheba man turns apartment into weapons lab

Police raided a Beersheba apartment on Wednesday evening that, police said, the tenant had turned into a weapons laboratory.
According to a report in Walla! News, the unidentified man used Red Army manuals and instructions downloaded from the Internet to manufacture handguns, ammunition clips and replacement parts, as well as gas grenades and illumination grenades.
It was unclear whether the man intended sell the weapons, or use them.
He is to be arraigned in the Beersheba Magistrate’s Court on Thursday.
