Move over, bottled water. Here comes bottled salt water — for your seder, obviously.

Hoffman’s, a kosher food manufacturer in North London, is banking on consumers’ desire to prepare one less item for the holiday meal — and on their willingness to shell out just under £1 for it instead.

Is a sucker born every minute, or will thankful customers snatch those kosher-for-Passover jars off grocery store shelves? Hoffman’s post-Pesach sales figures will tell.
