After two months of the war and a failed ceasefire with Hamas, Israel is turning its ground operations to southern Gaza even as the world expresses dismay over mounting civilian casualties in the Strip.

To probe whether the IDF acting legally and ethically in Gaza, we turn to Prof. Amichai Cohen of the Israel Democracy Institute.
