After Paris attack, US Embassy in Israel shows support for Yugoslavia
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleWhile much of the world is expressing solidarity with France, the US Embassy in Tel Aviv is apparently feeling love for pre-World War II Yugoslavia.
Journalist Yuval Ben-Ami posts on Facebook a picture of the embassy with either a flag from Yugoslavia before a star was added to it in 1943, or a sideways French flag, over an entrance.
Yugoslavia ceased to be a state in 1992.
It could also be an upside-down Dutch flag.
The U.S. Embassy in Tel Aviv is this week in solemn solidarity with the Netherlands.
