Damascus Gate stabber named as Palestinian woman from East Jerusalem
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleThe Palestinian Health Ministry identifies the woman who was shot dead as she allegedly attempted to stab border guards at Damascus Gate as Siham Rateb Nimir, 49, from East Jerusalem.
Police say Nimir approached three Border Police officers with a knife and attempted to stab them. She was shot dead by security forces at the scene.
