Jerusalem shooters said to have been killed by soldier, armed Haredi man
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleThe two terrorists who carried out a deadly shooting at Ramot Junction in Jerusalem were shot and killed by a soldier and a young Haredi man who was armed, Channel 12 reports.
Police say that “a security officer and civilian who were present at the scene fired at the terrorists, and they were neutralized.”
In a statement, police add that the deputy police chief, Avshalom Peled, has arrived at the scene alongside large police forces. Police sappers are also operating at the scene of the shooting, checking for possible explosives.
