Kushner refrains from disclosing any information about the Trump-led peace efforts.
“We’ve solicited a lot of ideas from a lot of places,” says the White House adviser, without elaborating.
“I am optimistic there is a lot of hope to bring a conclusion,” he says.
He says the US team has been “deliberate” not to set time-frames to increase the chances of reaching a deal.
Kushner also won’t reveal Trump’s plan for the US embassy, with a decision set to be announced on Wednesday.
“The president is going to make a decision,” says Kushner, adding that Trump is “still looking at a lot of facts.”
