Mayor says synagogue shooting ‘darkest day in Pittsburgh history’
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GooglePittsburgh Mayor Bill Peduto says at a press conference that yesterday’s shooting at the Tree of Life Synagogue was “the darkest day in Pittsburgh history.”
But he says that Pittsburgh was “strong city” and would overcome the tragedy. “We have been knocked down, but we have always stood back up.”
