Netanyahu hints at unity government with Herzog

Hinting at a desire to bring Zionist Union into his government, Netanyahu says Isaac Herzog’s criticism is easy for him to make since he’s not in government.

“Maybe, if I weren’t in power, I would hear hints,” he says, adding that Israel needs unity.

In response to another question, he says Israel’s can’t try to expand settlements while hoping for International support to beat terror.

He adds that “nobody will teach me what settlement [of Israel] is,” subtly hitting out at right-wing criticism.

He also warns that a Palestinian state will bring the Islamic State to Israel’s doorstep.
