Remand of soldier in Hebron shooting extended
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleThe remand of the soldier who was filmed shooting an incapacitated Palestinian stabber in Hebron was extended until March 31, judges announce at the the end of a hearing held at the Qastina military court.
Military judge Lt. Col. Ronen Shor says that although there is a reasonable suspicion that the soldier acted unlawfully, the evidence was nevertheless not clear cut.
