From Syrian opposition: 36 dead in Russia airstrikes

The activists say Russian warplanes hit the towns of Zafaraneh, Rastan, Talbiseh, Makarmia and Ghanto, and that children are among the dead. None of the areas hit are under Islamic State control, the activists say.
