Former US president Donald Trump issues a statement on the Iranian missile attack on Israel, claiming that the “world is on fire” and that US leadership is absent.

“Under ‘President Trump,’ we had NO WAR in the Middle East,” Trump says, referring to himself in the third person, and reiterating his claims that Hamas’s October 7 attack wouldn’t have happened had he been in the White House.
