Trump: We’ll probably strike Iran again tonight

US President Donald Trump says the US will “probably” strike Iran again tonight in response to Tehran’s striking of vessels in the Strait of Hormuz along with its Gulf neighbors.
“We hit him very hard last night. We’ll probably hit them hard again tonight. I’ll give him a little warning. We’re going to hit him hard tonight, but we’ll see how it all works out,” Trump tells reporters during a meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymr Zelensky on the sidelines of a NATO summit in Ankara.
Trump again claims he achieved regime change in Iran, though in the past he has said that Tehran’s new leaders are more reasonable, but now he repeats that they’re “cuckoo.”
Ostensibly referring to Iran, the US president boasts how the “Islamic Republic of Japan” fired 111 missiles at an American aircraft carrier that were all shot down during the war.
He insists that the deal he inked with Iran is much better than the 2015 nuclear deal negotiated by former president Barack Obama.
“Our deal is a wall to a nuclear weapon. His deal was a road for nuclear weapon,” Trump claims, before claiming that he may not even stick with his MOU amid Iran’s recent escalations.
“We may just do it without a deal, because… it’s easier,” Trump says.
