US envoy to UN blasts Russia for ‘covering’ for Assad

Haley’s sharp words come as US Secretary of State Tillerson meets with Russian President Vladmir Putin.
“Assad is not a partner for peace, and Russia, Iran and Hezbollah are lending their hands to a barbaric regime,” Haley says at the UN.
