Ultra-Orthodox men attack ‘immodest’ woman in Beit Shemesh

Female driver unhurt in stoning of her car; police investigating the incident

Ultra-Orthodox residents of Beit Shemesh reportedly attacked a woman driving through the city on Wednesday. Police were investigating the incident.

Police said the attackers threw stones at the car because they believed the driver was dressed in an inappropriate and immodest manner.

The incident took place on Nahar Hayarden St., and although the driver was unhurt, the car window was shattered.
