Boars cause head-on collision, two motorists dead
Car swerves to miss animals, hits oncoming vehicle on West Bank road
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleTwo drivers died Saturday evening in a head-on collision near Tapuah Junction in the West Bank.
Preliminary investigations found that the driver of one car swerved out of his lane to avoid hitting two wild boars that had wandered onto the road. The vehicle collided into oncoming traffic.
Firefighters freed the passengers who were trapped in the vehicles, but both were declared dead by Magen David Adom paramedics who arrived at the scene.
