At J Street confab, Washington’s man speaks of ‘true peace’
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on Google“An occupation that has lasted for more than 50 years must end,” says White House Chief of Staff Denis McDonough at the J Street conference. “Anything short of true peace will worsen the situation.
“Israel cannot maintain security control of another people indefinitely. As difficult as it is, the US will never stop working for a two-state solution,” he adds.
