Defense Ministry to hold drill at West Bank checkpoint
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleThe Defense Ministry’s Crossing Authority will hold a drill at the Sha’ar Efraim checkpoint near Tulkarem on Thursday night and Friday morning, the ministry says.
During the exercise, residents of the surrounding settlements and communities can expect to hear explosions and gunfire, the ministry says.
The drill will begin just before midnight and last until 7 a.m., during which time the crossing will be closed.
