Hezbollah chief claims he only earns $1,300 per month

In a three-hour interview broadcast by the pro-Hezbollah al-Mayadeen television network, the Lebanese terror organization’s chief Hassan Nasrallah says he only earns $1,300 per month.

When the interviewer seems surprised, Nasrallah smiles and adds that money is taken out of his salary for “contributions to the resistance.”

The footage is aired in Israel by Hadashot television news on Thursday evening, leading the Israeli network’s top Arab affairs analyst Ehud Yaari to quip, “all power to you if you believe that.”
