Holon firefighters rescue trapped and injured dog
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleFirefighters in the central town of Holon rescue a dog that got himself caught in the bars of a window.
The clumsy canine smashed the glass of the window while his owners were out, injuring himself and becoming trapped in the bars, Ynet says.
A passer-by calls the fire service after spotting the pup hanging half-in and half-out of the window.
The firefighters manage to cut open the bars and extricate the dog.
“It was a surgical operation,” says firefighter Adi Mor.
The dog is taken for veterinary treatment and police locate his owners.
