Israel announces 14-day home quarantine for all arrivals from abroad
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleIn an extraordinary step, the Israeli government has announced that all arrivals from abroad, no matter their port of origin, must self-quarantine for 14 days after arrival.
The decision is not retroactive and is effective immediately.
Channel 12 says thousands of flights are likely to be cancelled, and the practical impact is that Israel will “now be isolated” from the rest of the world.
