Lapid: Likud MKs are inciting violence against law enforcement

Yesh Atid-Telem chairman and opposition leader Yair Lapid accuses Likud lawmakers of inciting violence against law enforcement officials.

“One after the other, Likud ministers have gone on air in the last day with one purpose: to threaten the judges and incite with violent statements against law authorities,” he tweets.

“This is the only coup attempt taking place here,” he says, referring to Likud claims that the PM corruption trial is a coup attempt.

“Netanyahu and Gantz, it’s your duty to go speak out against this phenomenon and make clear that you will not let anyone [target] Attorney General Avichai Mandelbit or the courts.”
