Liberman says military prepared for multi-front war
Amid recent security tensions in both the north and south, Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman says the Israel Defense Forces is capable of fighting a war on multiple fronts.
“Courageous sailors, our ironmen, are ready at every moment for any mission,” Liberman says in a tweet after attending a ceremony for graduates of the navy’s sailor course.
“You’re also prepared in the Red Sea, as well as in the north and south. You are prepared for a campaign on all fronts at the same time, ready to give a harsh blow to the enemy,” he adds.
