NGO seeks warrant to destroy 9 West Bank buildings
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleThe Yesh Din NGO, a group dedicated to defending Palestinian land claims, asks the High Court of Justice to issue a warrant to destroy nine illegal structures in the outpost Derech Ha’avot, an illegal settlement in the West Bank.
The group said it decided to target those specific buildings since they were still under construction and not yet housed, and are located in an area that belongs, the NGO says, to residents from a nearby Palestinian village, al-Hader.
