Police arrest 3 Haredi protesters at archaeological dig

Police arrest three ultra-Orthodox protesters near an archaeological dig on Route 38 close to Beit Shemesh.

The protesters, who belong to an extremist sect, were protesting what they claimed were grave desecrations by the archaeologists.

Police say squad cars are at the site to ensure no further violent protests take place.
