Police minister says Ghattas has ‘gone undergound’
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleInternal Security Minister Gilad Erdan says police can’t find Arab MK Basel Ghattas who is suspected of smuggling mobile phones to prisoners.
“He has apparently gone underground, he and his assistant have turned off their phones,” Erdan tells Channel 2.
But Erdan says police have the ability to find him.
Yesterday Ghattas declined to go with police for questioning because he has parliamentary immunity.
