Rice said to offer Peres ‘unprecedented’ defense aid

Channel 2 reports that National Security Adviser Susan Rice called former Israeli president Shimon Peres to reassure him about the Iran deal.

Rice reportedly offers Israel an “unprecedented” defense package in compensation, and maintains the US can detect any illicit Iranian nuclear activity.
