Trump may address supporters, Biden plans unclear
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleKellyanne Conway, a top aide to Donald Trump, tells ABC News that Trump is expected to speak to the public sometime during the night, without specifying.
It is unclear if Joe Biden will deliver a speech in Wilmington as planned. He earlier indicated it would depend how the night went for him.
Both Trump and Biden have been uncharacteristically quiet on social media.
At the White House Tuesday night, more than 100 family members, friends, donors and staff were set to watch returns from the East Room.
Trump was watching votes come in upstairs in the residence with a few close aides.
Most top campaign officials were monitoring returns from a “war room” set up in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building.
