Petition claims District Court should be given time to rule on residents’ land ownership suit

Two residents of the Givat Ulpana outpost and a pro-settlement NGO submitted a petition to the High Court on Sunday against the decision last week to demolish five houses in the neighborhood which were built on private Palestinian land.
