Egyptian cop killed in Sinai bombing
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleAn Egyptian security official says a bomb struck an armored police vehicle in the restive northern part of the Sinai Peninsula, killing an officer and wounding four conscripts.
He says the explosion early Wednesday destroyed the vehicle in el-Arish, the main city of northern Sinai, where attacks targeting security forces have spiked since the military overthrew Islamist President Mohammed Morsi in 2013.
