El Al flight returning to Israel over engine trouble
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleAn El Al flight heading to New York has turned back to Tel Aviv due to engine trouble.
The flight was over the Atlantic Ocean when the technical problems were discovered, the Ynet news website reports. The pilots were forced to turn off one engine.
The flight, carrying over 342 passengers, is expected to land at Ben Gurion Airport Wednesday evening.
