Macron vows to rebuild Notre Dame ‘within five years’

French President Emmanuel Macron vows to rebuild the Notre Dame Cathedral “within five years,” a day after a fire caused major damage to the 850-year-old Paris landmark.

“We will rebuild the cathedral even more beautifully within five years,” Macron says in an address to the nation.
