Melbourne Jewish community said on high alert
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleThe Australian Community Security Group (CSG) says there are indications a radicalized person could attack Melbourne’s Jewish community, the Australian Jewish News reports.
“No particular facility or organization has been identified and no particular timeframe has been specified,” CSG says in a letter, adding that it had notified the police and security agencies.
CSG “is working in collaboration with those organizations to verify its authenticity and respond accordingly.”
The group urges the Melbourne Jewish community to take precautions in light of this information.
