Swiss open probe into Iran talks spying

An investigation has been opened in Switzerland into a computer virus linked to Israel that is alleged to have been used to spy on European hotels hosting the Iran nuclear talks.

There is an open investigation into “political espionage in Switzerland,” Swiss Attorney General Michael Lauber says on Wednesday, Reuters reports.

Swiss authorities searched hotels in relation to the investigation, Reuters reports, citing an aide to Lauber. Three hotels in Switzerland have served as venues for the talks between Iran and six world powers.
