Pop rock band Maroon 5 will perform in Israel on Monday, May 9, at Tel Aviv’s Park Hayarkon.
It will be a first stop in the Middle East for the Grammy-winning, multi-platinum group from Los Angeles, California.
The band posted their Middle East concert dates on Instagram and Facebook, announcing they will play Tel Aviv, Cairo and Abu Dhabi as part of their 2022 world tour.
The band’s latest album, “Jordi,” came out in June 2021.
The May 9 playlist will include Maroon 5 favorites such as “Memories,” “Sugar,” “Moves like Jagger,” “One More Night” and “Girls Like You.”
The pop rockers, founded by lead singer Adam Levine, first came together as Kara’s Flowers in 1994, while they were still in high school.
Tickets went on sale Wednesday, starting at NIS 365 ($113) for a lawn seat.
