Teenager drowns at beach in northern Israel

A 19-year-old died on Saturday after drowning off a beach in northern Israel, medics said.
After the teenager was pulled from the water near Zichron Yaakov, paramedics from the Magen David Adom ambulance service tried to resuscitate him.
He was later taken to Rambam Medical Center in the northern city of Haifa, where he was pronounced dead.
On Thursday, a 7-year-old girl died after nearly drowning two days before at a beach on the Sea of Galilee.
