Fifteen people were injured in the Israeli Arab village of Kfar Manda late Wednesday night after a fight broke out between residents and Eritrean migrants living in the northern Israel city.
A large police force called to the scene used tear gas to break up the fight, which was reportedly based on an earlier quarrel, according to Ynet news.
Hundreds of residents at the scene reportedly chanted slogans calling to “clear out the foreigners.”

Three of the injured people were taken to a hospital in nearby Nazareth. The rest were treated at a local clinic.
Eritreans have been the target of attacks in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem over the past several weeks, as tensions between the asylum-seekers and locals has ramped up.
