From All school flags to fly at half-mast during Peres funeral
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleThe national flag will fly at half-mast at every educational institution across Israel during the funeral for Shimon Peres, who died yesterday at the age of 93.
The decision has been sent to every school principal and regional director, and every other department in the Education Ministry, Channel 10 reports.
Peres will be laid to rest tomorrow at the Mount Herzl national cemetery in Jerusalem.
